Overcoming stress- Teaching Staff Mobility in Romania  
All the eleven teachers from our Erasmus project team will present strategies used in their activities with children for overcoming stress in the educational environments. They will share their experience in collaborating with parents and other specialists in order to fulfill all the activity goals and to get the best results. All the participants will collaborate and share their experiences through interactive workshops, game presentations and demonstrations, examples of therapeutic stories and new strategies for overcoming stress.
Activity goals:
1.Management Processes, to provide safe training environment. In the prevention and reduction of aggression and overcoming stress in the educational environments, the managerial processes are the determinant in making the educational environments constructive, peaceful and supportive. 
2.Educational Environments, informing made in educational environments about aggression has a great importance in the process of prevention and reduction of violence.
3.Prevention aggressive behavior is one of the important parts in educational environments, so it is crucial to know what aggression and its types is. 
4.Knowing how to deal with aggressive children and showing the correct and conscious behaviors in the situations of aggressive behavior. 
5.Parents, to improve the participation of the families for prevention and reduction of the aggressive behavior in the educational environments. Success in cooperation with the families also help students to transform the given knowledge into behaviors in educational environments.
Results of the activity:  -Functional organization model in prevention and reduction of aggression in educational environments -Effective communication to prevent and reduce aggression in educational environments. All the participants know what they can prepare to help students about aggression in educational environments - Participants know how to inform teachers, students, and parents about the effects of negative people and groups, games, films the children watch, websites. -Participants know how to change educational environments that have become centers of attraction. -Participants know how to act in a case of aggression -Participants know what is important and how to keep information for judicial process -Participants know who to contact in case of any aggression Parents: -Participants know how to communicate with parents in case of aggression.
 
Monday, the 26th of September 2022
Welcoming according to Romanian custom. Ice breaking activities. Presentation of the participants. 
Tour of the Wonderful Grove Kindergarten. Partners join the different classes in the kindergarten, observing and comparing strategies and methods for reduction of aggression and overcoming stress.
Children’s performance - traditional Romanian dances.
Invited parents, as specialists, to present new strategies in overcoming stress. Case studies and presentation of good practices.
Presentation collage Happiness, friendship, peace through children’s eyes according to the project activities plan.

Tuesday, the 27th of September 2022
-Organizing outdoor activities in Wonderful Grove Kindergarten relaxation garden, practical examples; 
-Workshop- Teachers will share examples of relaxation games used in their teaching activity;

-Trip to Peleș Castle Sinaia - George Enescu Memorial House Sinaia

-Developing the platform to reflect our outcomes of the project.
