The aim of the meeting:

 

1.Analysis of the project's performance of implementation (monitoring analysis, evaluation of project activities and reports) and preparation of the final report. - evaluation of project activities and meetings; - assessing the degree of achievement of the project objectives.

 

2.Analyzing the difficulties encountered throughout the project and ways to overcome them.

 

3.Creation of the final product: methodological resource book with the description of the good practices.

 

4. Sharing of materials for the final report; - attending open lessons/seminars. Preparation of

the final report and accompanying documentation.

 

5. Preparation of project products: on-line practicum examples of good practice

Arrival and accommodation of guests

 

First day – 27.10.2023

- Welcoming according to Bulgarian custom.

- Analysis of the project's performance of implementation (monitoring analysis, evaluation of project activities and reports) and preparation of the final report. - evaluation of project activities and meetings; - assessing the degree of achievement of the project objectives.

- Analyzing the difficulties encountered throughout the project and ways to overcome them.

- Creation of the final product: methodological resource book with the description of the good practices. (Presentation)

- Sharing of materials for the final report; Preparation of the final report and accompanying documentation.

Second day - 28.10.2023

- Viewing the form in the web-gate

- Ceremony for awarding certificates

- Official lunch
