Kindergarten "Mir" is one of the biggest and the best in the region; there are about 260 students aged 3-6. We have eighteen teachers beside administrators - nine of them have master's degree and nine have bachelor's degree. There are English, Math, Art classes, sport, folklore dancing, yoga, football, and many other activities. Our children study in fully equipped rooms with multimedia equipment. All teachers are experienced in project work and were asked if they want to be part of the project team. We ran environmental and outdoor education activities both with children and parents. We will organize family participant days related with aggression and prevention, and we have gained experience about family participation activities. The whole team of teachers likes to invest themselves in many projects to keep the students’ interest alive. Teachers support the pupils and help them to develop their emotional intelligence and talent in order to let them achieve the key competences for their lives. The education quality is getting better day by day due to our young and dynamic education staff. The aim of our school is to promote students’ creativity and provide a secure school environment. Our teachers build students’ self-esteem and motivation.
